- What happens in a first conversation?
- Half an hour, free of charge and without obligation. You tell us what it is about, and we tell you honestly whether we are the right fit — sometimes the answer is no.
- What does a project cost?
- Prices are not listed on this site, because effort cannot be estimated honestly before the scope is clear. After the first conversation you get a written quote with scope and price. Where something cannot be estimated honestly, the quote says so instead of naming a wishful figure.
- Who does the work?
- LiTha Solutions is a sole proprietorship. From the first clarification through to handover you have the same contact: Tharshan Balasingham.
- Do you work remotely?
- Yes, across Germany. We are regularly on site in Hamburg and Berlin, and we travel to other places when that is what you need.
- How quickly will I get an answer?
- Usually within two working days. Capacity is limited and booked by the hour — we will tell you what is possible in the first conversation.
- What happens after handover?
- The handover is documented and every account is in your name. You should be able to carry on without us — otherwise we would have sold you a dependency, not software.
