How we work
Before we start, we clarify what should actually be built. That usually takes longer than expected and saves the most afterwards. Then it gets built in small pieces, each one verifiable on its own. Whatever stands at the end has to be operable by someone else — otherwise we sold you a dependency, not software.
How working together goes
First conversation
Half an hour, free. You explain what this is about. We tell you honestly whether we are the right people — sometimes the answer is no.
Proposal
In writing, with scope and price. If something cannot be estimated seriously, that is what it says instead of a wishful number.
Delivery
You get to see something regularly, not only at the end. If an assumption turns out wrong along the way, we talk about it.
Handover
Documented, with access in your name. You should be able to carry on, with or without us.
Availability
Hourly, with limited capacity. That usually means smaller, clearly scoped work rather than ongoing retainers. Remote, on site in Hamburg and Berlin. How much is possible right now we will tell you in the first conversation.
